Valle San Lorenzo is mostly inhabited by Canarians and is residential although in recent years many English and German people have moved to this area preferring village life. It is approximately a 20 minute drive from Las Americas or Los Cristianos and is situated above the latter and below San Miguel. Many people say that the area suits them due to its location as it is neither too high nor too low and within easy reach of the larger towns. A variety of restaurants and shops can also be found here. In the village, a glance will show us a variety of Villas and apartments. Some properties however, will not necessarily have views due to their location in relation with the Valley.
Buzanada A small residential village which is approximately a 10 minute drive from Los Cristianos, nestled in the hills, ideal for tranquil living amongst Spanish and Canarian residents. The area is situated close to Aldea Blanca and is within easy reach of many other villages.
Cabo Blanco Again a small residential village situated next to Buzanada full of Spanish residents, and home to the superb restaurant Los Angeles. It offers a mixture of shops, bars and restaurants but is very quiet at night.
